Miss Piggy!

So Avery and I got home from Church, she sees her Daddy washing the Jeep and wants to see him........I go inside for one second and come out to find my Miss Piggy! She was having fun in the mud! Of course she finds our one and only mud puddle! Leave it to Avery to find something with water in it :)

Her dress is still soaking in some oxy clean!

Glenn Immel Forever in our Hearts!

Thank you everyone for the cards, calls, emails, texts, prayers and support during this sad time in our lives. I know my Gpa is where he wants to be in Heaven with his wife, but just sad and selfish for us to want him to be here with us. He was 85 and lived a good life. I'm proud to have called him my Gpa!

I'm also glad we lived close and got to see him often. His children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren made him so happy!

Here he is with Avery who was 9 days old.

Mom, Avery (2 1/2 mos.) and Gpa

Here he is at my baby shower last Sept.

Here he is with Avery who is 6 months old.

These are the most recent pictures I have of him.......in May of 2008 with Avery who was almost 11 mos. (I know the pictures say 2007 I had mom's camera and the year was set wrong).

He wanted to be there for her Bday party (June 2008) and Baptism (Aug. 2008) but was just too tired on those days. We love you and miss you!!!!

Row, Row, Row Your Boat...........

We went to Pleasant Hill Lake where we went boating, jet skiing and just to hang out with friends. Paul, Tina, Zach and Coltin had the speed boat, Alex, Linda and Alexander had the jet ski. The weather was beautiful and we had a great time!

Setting up for the day...................Avery on a mission...going exploring :)

Alex on his jet ski and Paul and Coltin on their boat.

Avery and Alex played and played in the water. They loved the boat ride too, even going fast. It was both their first time on a boat.

Avery was in Heaven.........water, rocks and dirt!

Father and son

Mother and daughter

Zach and Coltin were a HUGE help entertaining Miss Avery.

Alex and his mommy!

Time to make lunch, we had steak, chicken, burgers, corn on the cob, baked beans, potatoe salad, brownies and Alex's salsa and chips!

Tom, Dick and Harry.............ha.ha. AKA: Josh, Alex and Paul

Took these two FOREVER to crash! Avery was up at 6:45am and didn't take a nap till after 3pm. We didn't get home till 10:00 pm, she did sleep all the way home and woke up at 6:30 back to sleep by 7 and up at 9 am :) The End!

Our Tomboy!

What a busy day! We ran to Canton to meet a guy to get our new wheels and tires for the jeep 35 inch tires with a 2.5" lift with no rocker guards makes it a little tough getting in for me, especially when I wear a skirt and when I have to put Avery in her car seat which is in the middle - I have to climb in the back to buckle her in! Jeep looks nice though.

Then daddy borrowed Pop-pop's tractor to even out our driveway. I wish I could have captured Avery's face when she saw the tractor for the 1st time......it was priceless! Avery was not afraid of it and as you can see wanted to walk right up to it while daddy was driving it!

Playing with her favorite toy......rocks! She started making this face tonight, so sweet! Then she always wants to share her rocks. Of course we had to swing.

Then Josh took the tractor back to Pop-Pop's and he gave Avery a ride......LOVED IT! Doesn't the tractor look nice? Pop-pop just washed and waxed it yesterday!

Then she had to torment the cat (and he his food!)......and go rock climbing :)

More of Mimi's pretty flowers.......These only bloom at night.
