I decided to let Avery play in the snow today. This was her first experience in the snow and she loved it! I didn't since I was shoveling ice and snow but fun to see her reaction!
You can't tell by the pictures but it was snowing and I told her to look up and she would laugh when the snow would hit her face!
She was kinda pouting because she couldn't touch the snow NOR get back up...ha.ha. She kept wanting to take her mittens off so I switched mittens for her.
Here she is telling me "Snow Mommy....Snow!"
THEN..........we came in got lunch ready, Daddy came home (I normally work Weds. and he's in the Wooster office but since we are having a bad ice/snow storm he worked in the Mbg. office today and I stayed home and he'll work tomorrow at Wooster and I will at Mbg.).......then Daddy left to go back to work....2 mins. later I get a call "Brett Bowman (he works for the Village of Mbg. and is our friend)...just hit me with the plow and rolled my jeep, I think I'm ok I got to go Police are here....click!!!" I was dying! FINALLY after some phone calls I find out it happened right up the street from our house! They aren't kidding that accidents happen close to home! Then I saw Josh walking down the street to our house and to Village Motors Body Shop which is right by our house so I had to take pictures. Everyone is ok both guys were shaken up but ok - THAT IS THE IMPORTANT THING but our poor jeep is not ok.......
Josh said he was slowed down and pulled up against curb in front of KSB since he saw the Village's dump truck/plow coming (and didn't want all that crap thrown on his jeep), waived to Brett and thought he's going to hit me, so he braced himself and thought that hit hard, glad I had that ARB bumper on and next thing he knew he was hanging by the seat belt. The Village truck hit an ice patch or a dry spot and that just jerked him into Josh. He had to kick passenger door off to get out. So scary! They were both pretty shaken up.

This picture stopped me dead in my tracks.......I just felt so sorry for Josh and the jeep.
He just put new shocks and axles on and they are both busted. Thank goodness the ARB bumper (that I had a fit about how much it cost) was on or it would have done more damage! I know the hard top is cracked, tire is sliced, lots of dings, dents, cracks and scratches on all the panels, both fender flares are busted, the passengers rear view is busted and window is cracked......This is all I know that Josh was rattling off.
I just feel so bad for Josh since I know HOW much time and effort (not to mention money) he's put into his jeep doing all kinds of modifications but I'm just so thankful he's ok and that Brett is ok too, they are both sore. The pictures don't do it justice but I'm sure they will total it :( OF ALL THE PLACES THAT JEEP HAS BEEN (TRAILS UPON TRAILS UPON TRAILS) WE NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD GET ROLLED IN THE STREETS OF MILLERSBURG!
