The Gift that was returned to Heaven........

I patiently waited to take my test Christmas morning (I knew it would be positive!) and then I wrapped it up and gave it to Josh....he wouldn't let me take his picture. Then on Dec. 27th the all to familiar signs of a pending miscarry began!!! I couldn't believe it was happening again!! I called the nurse on Monday and she convinced me to come up and give blood and I had to again on Wed. and today I got my results via phone since the office was closed that I did miscarry again! How heartbreaking and so many questions I have. I made an appointment when I was there on Wed. to see my OBGYN on Jan. 15th to see what he has to say and where to go from here. It would be easier on me and everyone else to say forget it but I feel since I am getting pregnant that - that is a positive sign but I don't know how much more heartache I can take. Thank you to all of you who have supported us through this again!! It's wonderful to have so many of you in our lives!

Well I can't believe another Christmas has come and gone again!!! This year just flew bye for me! Avery was more fun this year and I loved her excitement :)

Julia aka Mimi got Avery's this Rice Krispie Holiday Kit and well I thought I better tackle it....Avery seemed to enjoy it, although I found out she doesn't like gum drops (don't blame her ;)

Another Visit with Santa

Our neighbor, Tawnya, told me she would have her nieces tonight and that Avery was to come over since Santa was coming to visit. I told Avery she was going to play but didn't tell her Santa was coming....this was her face when she saw him and talked to him right away.




At first she didn't want to sit on his lap....not sure why (I think it was b/c Tawyna's 3 yr old niece wouldn't sit on his lap) but warmed up quickly to him.

Winter Time Snacks!

My Aunt Judy watched Avery today while I worked and she had her granddaughter too so I made these snowmen on a stick for the girls (well all I had to use were kabob skewers :(

Avery is 2 and a half years old today!

I can't believe Avery is 2 1/2 years old today! She is just growing up right before our eyes! She is doing VERY well with potty training. We wear a pull up at nap time (and she is 9 times out of ten dry!!!) and diaper at night and still trying to train her to go #2 on the potty every time! Her vocabulary is impressive as is her memory! We are enjoying this age/stage so much!

Happy 30th Birthday Josh!

We celebrated Josh's 30th Bday with 16 of our friends at Coccia House! It was the BEST pizza to date I've ever had there!

Then we went to Leroy's for some adult beverages and more laughs! I think Josh had a great 30th bday!
