Another Fun Fall Weekend!

Oh how I love Fall especially the month of October! It is a super busy time (even if I wasn't pregnant), so many things to do and it's our busiest time of the year at the craft store plus getting ready for our Christmas Open House the first full week of Nov! Saturday was a jammed packed day and I opted to pass working at the store to spend the day with family :) It was such a beautiful day and wanted to take advantage of it since it may be our last for awhile!

10am Avery and I headed uptown to the Antique Festival kids activities. She got her face painted.

She got to decorate her own pumpkin.

She loved her flower since it was her painted in her 2 favorite colors....pink and purple! Then we headed back home to wait for Janna and kiddo's to come and Mimi too. I at least got to sweep the downstairs really good, I wasn't home much that week and you can always tell! Then we headed to Winesburg dairette for lunch (a 1st for me....I know I can't believe I've never eaten there!), the onto Rolling Ridge Ranch.

I absolutely LOVE this picture!

I've never seen a turtle move, at least one this big, but this guy was on the go!

Avery was in heaven b/c she could FINALLY hold an animal, a baby duck!

and then a bunny! Kason held one for maybe 5 secs and was done!

Then it was time for our wagon ride!

Mimi and her munchkins!

Can't imagine having those awkward things on my head!

Looking a little tipsy!

"Are you looking at me?!"

Beautiful Holmes County, Ohio!

Woe is me!

Kids had a blast feeding all the animals!

Then back to Winesburg dairette for ice cream!

Then we rushed back to Millersburg to watch the rest of the antique car and Fireman's parade. Then headed to Mimi's who made dinner yet! Thanks for treating us to a fun filled day Mimi!

Then on Sunday we went to Church, stopped and got lunch at the Lion's Booth since Daddy was working, headed home ate and then walked to the Hall's to watch the main parade.

Ready for Church!

Avery and the Gilley kids waiving to all the Queens and Princesses!

Josh and Pop-Pop getting pelted by candy :)

The kids had a blast playing in the leaves after the parade!

Fall Fun!

Yea my favorite season is here....FALL!!!! Love this time of year, just don't like what's after it. After the 1st or 2nd snowfall I'm done with Winter but that's life :) Josh threatens we are moving but really that's all they are threats ;) Our October is already getting filled-up with Fall activities gotta try to get everything in before our little Butterball arrives in November!

I've been helping out with Natalie, watching her 2 hrs in the morning then dropping the hooligans off at school and picking them up after work and watching her another 2 hours. It's been working out very well, the girls have grown up together and really do play well together! It's actually nice to have some "free" time while they play together. They are ready to go to Pre School in this picture.

I saw in the paper Walnut Creek was having a Fall Festival so we invited Mimi to come along. Just wasting time waiting on her :)

They had animals from The Farm at Walnut Creek and that was all Avery wanted to do was pet and feed them! She LOVES animals!

Cute baby giraffe.

She did take time to get her face painted.

and time to eat ice cream....thanks Mimi!

Then we stopped and visited Mabel/Mom/Gma/Great Gm at the Nursing Home.

The next day we headed to Akron to the Zoo. Avery was suppose to go May 5th with her Pre School class but that was our 1st week back from driving to and from Utah, being gone 2 weeks and that week was BUSY with Dr. appts, catching up on things and Dad was home for a visit. SOOOO we could still purchase discounted tickets and use them later and well that was today!

Having fun waiting for our friends to get there.

Girls loving the carousel ride. I told Josh to take our picture, ya this is what I got.....cute but all you can see is part of my legs and feet...haha!

Having fun on the rock climbing wall, thanks to Carrie.

The girls loved to touch the sea creatures.

Play Time!

Wheeeeeeeeee!

Oh Riley ;) She was yelling "hi" to us!

We also let them ride the choo-choo train!

Checking out the flamingos.
