Mother's Day 2010

What a great Mother's Day weekend it was! It started off at work on Friday morning, Ronda (my boss) got us a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from Coblentz Chocolates, then I treated her to an Italian sausage sandwich for lunch, when I picked up Avery at work she had gotten me a Gerber Daisy in a cute watering can, then when I got home Josh had a dozen roses for me, then we went to Proper's and we all three rode on the four wheeler and then Julia got me a James Dobson book "Bringing up Girls" and gave me some mushrooms then Hall's called and Avery and I went up and got another taste of mushrooms! I am truly blessed!

The most important thing she learned over the years was that there was no way to be a perfect mother and a million ways to be a good one! ~ Jill Churchill.

Pictures after Church, then we took mom out for lunch and we tried to get pictures outside but it was sooooo cold and windy!

Then later we headed to Proper's for Pizza Palor and DQ ice cream cake for Janna's Birthday. What a great weekend depsite the rainy, windy, sunny and cold weekend!

I cut about a half inch off Avery's hair a few weeks ago and decided that wasn't enough so I cut another 1.5" off plus underneath I cut her some fringe. It looks SO much better and I was looking back and I cut about 2" last May too :) As long as she can have a pony tail she is happy!

One little, Two little, Three little......girls!

We got to watch the Thorpe sisters today.......it has been a long time since we watched Natalie and since they had another little girl, Laney Ann.

Natalie and Avery started the day off as princesses :)

This picture cracked me up!!! Laney is covering both of her ears but kept on sleeping as those crazy noisy girls literally were running around and around the swing! No wonder your second, third, etc. child sleeps great they have no choice and have to learn to sleep through anything :)

Finally got them dressed for the day!

Yea I captured a smile. She will be 9 weeks old tomorrow.

The girls.

Josh came home for lunch so we got ALL the girls - this is the best out of 3...Miss Natalie was afraid of Josh and she didn't even want him to take our picture. It was a fun and entertaining day.

Through the years..........

Our first Christmas together...Dec. 25, 2003 (2 mos after our first date!)

Our first house...Josh purchased before we met (2003) and then I moved in a few days before we left for Jamaica.

We went to Sandals in Negril, Jamaica (2005) for our WeddingMoon! It was awesome, so stress free once we got there all the planning was already done!

Hanging out before our wedding. Later I went and got a pedicure, manicure and my hair done at the spa and then we got a couple's massage later in the week.....heaven!

The ceremony.

Cutting the rum cake....it tasted so nasty!

His parents made the trip too :) They arrived a few days before us and left a few days before us. We had fun just wish all our family could have been there.

Mr. and Mrs.

Back at the swim up bar, 3 hours after our wedding and pictures.

Later that evening they had a table set in the sand just for us for dinner and the next morning they gave us breakfast in bed.

We went off our resort to The Sands/Cliffs. So pretty!

Sunset.

We had our reception at his parents house on June 4, 2005. So thankful it was so beautiful out!

Family................

Need a picture of my niece yet.

After I moved all my stuff into Josh's house he decided it was too small, it was but it was such a cute house. So in Sept. 2005 we closed on this house and moved in on Nov. 19, 2005. I was NOT thrilled at all to move again and to fix up another house :( We did a lot of work inside and out to our new house.

Our house after new siding, shutters, paint and awning. We have since put in new windows in Feb. 2010. Looks like a totally different house!
After having a miscarry on Feb. 15, 2006 we got pregnant again in Sept. 2006. This is a shot from our maternity shoot, I'm 8 mos pregnant (April 2007).

Then on MY DUE date, June 13, 2007 we welcomed Miss Avery Elizabeth Proper!
Her newborn picture, 6 lbs., 3.5 oz 19 3/4" long....she was such an alert baby.

Avery just LOVES this dog! First thing out of her mouth every morning "Can I go pet Butch?!"
Our pretty tree/bush with our pretty daughter :)

Another of Avery's favorite is SWINGING!

I can't push her high enough! She's crazy so I told her to make her crazy face :)

Avery got some hand-me-down princess dresses - ugh! ;) But she loves them!

My new specs! Slowly liking them, wanted to get different ones but you can't return them :(

I'm a little tea pot!

Avery picked this song and motions up in no time! She LOVES LOVES LOVES to dance and sing! This was videoed by my phone like 5 times - so many options you need to change before you can record and send so I think she was getting a bit tired singing it but still did an awesome job!
