We got invited to Marilyn's Surprise 80th Bday Party tonight. I'm so glad the rain held off for her....she was surprised!

The Weekend.

Another fun weekend of swimming at Proper's with Janna and kids, getting to visit with my Gma Crilow, seeing my Dad and Jeannette and eating Coccia House :), Church, more swimming and visiting with Josh's cousin Heather and hubby Kenny who were up from Florida.


Avery can be nice to Kason at times :) but he's really eyeing her blueberries after kissing him she replied.... "MINE!"

Avery's favorite thing to talk about in Proper's pool are the frogs but she doesn't like to touch them!

Kason is a maniac in the pool!!!! No fear!

PURE JOY! The weather didn't know what it wanted to do today.....was pouring during church then it would get nice then very cloudy but the kids still had a ball!

Avery's Big Girl Room!

The lovely border that was in the room. When we moved in Julia and I took it off and I can live with the wallpaper that is on the walls. We had to strip every room in this house....well I should say every room needs stripped but we got so burned out some of it will stay! They wallpapered all the closets so this is taken in her closet....I'm not about to strip the closets yet!

My inspiration.....over a year ago I found these shower curtains on clearance at Target for $9.99 each and loved all the colors. I made them work with shower hooks that I found and it was exactly what I had in mind at Kohl's!

Another over-the-door holder it's for baby dolls and accessories and well Avery doesn't really play with them but it was on clearance and had polka dots :)

My 1st attempt with a glue gun. I glued brown ribbon with pink polka dots on her letters.

Finally after moving Avery over to her Big Girl Room on July 14th....she finally slept the longest stretch last night from 9:30-6:30am!

Miss A's New Tricks and Things.....

Well Avery was always a climber and when she could finally get on our coffee table she was so pleased with herself then later she would jump and I'd most times have to catch her or hold her hands until last Sunday....she jumps off all by herself now!

She also likes to swing in her "baby" swing since she loves going high and gets mad if we aren't pushing her high enough!

1st time EVER with play-doh. She calls is potato or tomato :)

Last night after supper we took a walk and ended up on the Trail and stopped so she could play on their swingset.....This is her face AFTER already going down once by herself (wish I would have gotten a picture of that!), then daddy had gone down twice with her then I had to go down twice with her then she finally wanted to go down again by herself. She was so funny!
