Sunday Swim.....

We got to go swimming again at Proper's :)

Rainy Lazy Saturday!

Since T-storms were in the forecast for the afternoon we started our day with a walk then made grilled hamburgers and corn on the cob for lunch and ate on the porch then the rain came so we just hung out on the porch listening to the thunder and rain :)


Avery's 1st corn-on-the-cob this season. I cut some off but no she wanted to eat it like daddy does ;)


Yummy! Notice the bear......for about 2 weeks now she's become attached to Bear, Lion and now a Raccoon that she took from Proper's! More attached to them then even her blankie.

We finally had a HOT day but Miss Avery has been a stinker in the sleeping/napping department (she's working on all 4 incisors teeth :( so when she finally did get up it was almost 5 so we headed up to Proper's to swim and took some food for a cookout....yummy chicken Josh (hard at work in the background!)

4th of July 2009!

I can't believe it's the 4th of July already!!!! Just nuts and crazy how cool it's been! Josh left Thurs. after lunch for West Virgina to go wheeling till Sunday and I decided to stay home. I also decided to work today since Josh was gone and Miss Avery got to spend some one on one all day with Mimi and Pop-Pop :) Then they made us dinner when I got off work and later we all went to Hall's to watch the fireworks.




Avery always wants Jonna or Sammie to paint her toes pretty :)

She was sooooooooo tired since she played and swam all day at Proper's and only took an hour nap. This was about 9:15 and we still have half an hour till the fireworks start.

She got her 2nd wind and LOVED the fireworks. She'd say "ohhhh pretty and Bang and Loud and do again!"
