Proper Thanksgiving

What a beautiful day we had for the Proper's Thanksgiving and everyone got to be there! Avery got to play outside for a bit before we ate.

Santa Claus is Coming to Town!

Santa came to town!!!! I again worked all day Friday and Saturday (thanks again to Mimi and Beth for keeping Miss Avery!), had a Bday party after work at Beechy's, then rushed back to Millersburg to see Santa. We waited 45 mins (we had the choir singing Christmas songs and saw the carriage/horse go by several times to keep us occupied) but it was all worth it!!! Avery just loves Santa and Santa was so impressed how well she talked!!! I was impressed she didn't pee in her panties b/c it had been over an hour since she went! Again she asked for tootsie rolls :)

She gave him a great big hug but I had my camera off already :(

Thanksgiving Day

I think this was the 1st time EVER we stayed home on a Holiday.....which felt weird but nice :) We had my mom over for lunch. We will have our Proper Thanksgiving on Sunday.

Well then Josh's informs me later in the day Alex and Linda wanted us to come over to their restaurant for Ham, Turkey, Rice and Refried beans.

Avery's Christmas Pictures!

WOW!!! I can't believe it is that time of year for Christmas pictures!!! I was going to skip the pictures this year since I've been working outside the home more AND since I don't have any Christmas decorations up yet BUT I worked 2 more days this week at Homespun Treasures and Lois let me bring some Christmas decorations home to borrow :) I had the tree but I didn't want to dig all my stuff out just yet so I was very thankful that she let me do that AND that I decided NOT to skip the pictures this year since Avery did SO good. Now to decide I LOVE them all!!

Not bad for doing them myself. I would have changed a few things like taking the date off the picture and rearranging some things but oh well I'm pretty darn happy with them!

Santa Sighting!

The Victorian House was kicking off the Holiday Season tonight....so after work Avery and I went with Nana and Santa was there!!!! Avery wasn't afraid of him at all and here are some of the things she said "Are you Santa? I Love You! and Are you Christmas??!" She talked his ear off and it was just older people around him when we were there and they all got a kick out of Miss Avery!!! She also told him she wanted tootsie rolls for Christmas :) She's not hard to please!

We went on our last trail ride of the season. What a beautiful day we had! I was happy because we did some different trails! Thanks to my new friend, Michelle, who let me borrow some of her pictures :)

This is us. Pictures just don't it justice but this ravine had 2 tough obstacles and a lot of guys had to be winched to get out!
